So excited …of to SIGGRAPH NOW!
The event of the year for me is SIGGRAPH and it starts in two days in LA…so I’m starting my traveling tomorrow.
This is the only event where I always learn new things and meet the most brilliant people. If you will be there and want to meet then connect in whatever way you want 😉
What is SIGGRAPH….read below….
SIGGRAPH is attended by 20-30 thousand people during 5 days. Hundreds of talks/panels/papers and other events all happening at once….
SIGGRAPH is short for Special Interest Group on GRAPHics and Interactive Techniques a chapter within ACM.
Most of the graphics industry is represented and normally release new stuff at the event, like PIXAR premiered its first short films in mid 1980’s and later here…
The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) is an international society for computing. It was founded in 1947 and is the world’s largest scientific and educational computing society. It is a not-for-profit professional membership group.
